"I’m sharing this review due to a frustrating but avoidable experience with a mobile order. I accidentally selected counter pickup instead of drive-thru. When I arrived and explained the mistake, I was told it couldn’t be changed. I’ve had this adjusted at other McDonald’s locations—either by releasing the order in the drive-thru system or simply handing it out—so this felt unnecessarily inflexible, especially since the order was already prepared. On top of that, the Mini Oreo McFlurry was poorly made. As shown in the attached photo, the Oreo pieces were barely mixed, with most of them sitting on top and plain ice cream underneath. It looked like only a partial scoop of Oreo was used, and it didn’t resemble the consistency normally expected. I’m not trying to be difficult—just hoping for more flexibility and better attention to quality going forward. These small details really impact the overall experience."

"It wasn't busy at all yet it still took like 40-50 minutes just to get my food. By the time I got it the food was cold and I was missing items. I didnt even get the right sauce with my nuggets and my oreo mcflurry was lacking oreo. Some grown woman, I'm assuming a manager, did everything but her job. She spent more time talking to doordashers than she did actually managing the place. Service here is horrible, and the only managers I noticed clearly don't value their jobs enough considering they rather talk than do the job. 0/10, only come here if you wanna be treated like scum"

"on our way home from Canada and stopped for a quick lunch to eat on the road. Took 1/2 hr to get order and then found out after we were on the road they forgot my cheese burger. No way were we going to go back and will never come back"

"The previous ownership group CLK would have been ashamed of the bad experience I had. The lady at the first drive thru window was literally on another phone complaining about being slammed and had my card for a lonnnng time. As I’m waiting for my card back the second food drive thru window was swinging my food bag around outside of the drive through window as it was raining. Like I was supposed to do something about it wasting there time when the first window person was taking her sweet time wasting my time. Holly and S & H family foods is running this store into the ground! I’ll never come back to this location."
